syed_sigmavirus: Hi16:38
syed_a general question16:38
syed_https://github.com/openstack/python-cratonclient/blob/master/cratonclient/tests/integration/test_regions_shell.py#L3416:38
syed_shouldn't the project_id be UUID16:38
syed_sulo: a general question, https://github.com/openstack/craton/blob/master/craton/tests/unit/db/test_users.py, i see here we are getting users from project_id, shouldn't that be done through user ID instead ?16:46
sulosyed_: not sure i follow, which line ?16:47
syed_sulo: https://github.com/openstack/craton/blob/master/craton/tests/unit/db/test_users.py#L3916:52
suloits testing all the users for a project ?16:55
suloget all users for a project16:55
syed_sulo: yes i got that, but i was thinking looking at the schema for users get16:55
syed_https://github.com/openstack/craton/blob/master/craton/tests/unit/db/test_users.py#L1016:55
syed_shouldn't ID be also included in the test cases16:56
sulouser id ?16:56
syed_yes16:57
suloit shouldnt matter hopefully, id's are autogen16:57
syed_hmm, cool, thank you16:58
suloyou dont send ids in the request if that is waht you are asking16:58

harlowjajimbaker sulo do u know if craton (or existing rackspace stuff?) has the ability to schedule hypervisor downtime, and notify customers (?) that this is happening (or about to) ; in say an automated way18:13
*** VW has quit IRC18:13
* harlowja thinks those guys are in spain still, ha18:14
suloharlowja: it does not have that right now, that/something like that will be a part of the workflow engine we are working on18:15
sulonot sure about the customer notification part though .. i dont think we have thought about end user notification18:16
harlowjakk, np18:16
harlowjajust was wondering :)18:16
suloharlowja: i have done something very similar internally... disable servcie -> secheduler downtime (mostly on monitoring) -> do something -> bring it back up -> enable service18:17
suloso its one of the use cases that we will work on18:17
harlowjak18:17

jovonregarding the review about the docs. I did some searching through other projects files and although not a valid excuse i still found that other projects used 2 separate but similar variables to reference ones in path and ones in body19:02
chrisspencerthis might be a question for sulo , sigmavirus .  Will we accept a user trying to change the ID of an entity?  i.e. changing host id from 1 to 5?19:03
