Ramerethfrickler: what's left to cut a rocky release?16:51
fricklerRamereth: not much, just the remaining open url changes and then I wanted to double check that all Berksfiles support dependencies16:57
fricklerbut I already opened the wiki entry with the howto16:58
Ramerethok, anything I can help with?16:58
fricklerRamereth: currently no, I don't think so. I hope I'll get everything ready in a day or two16:59
Ramerethexcellent. Did you have any major changes for stein? I know that I'd like to get to the latest apache2 cookbook and also cleanup the chefspec to speed it up17:00
fricklerI haven't looked at Stein yet. it would be good to get the unified endpoint setup going, which I didn't get to this time round17:04
Ramerethhow would that work?17:04
frickleruse https://host/identity instead of https://host:5000 etc.17:05
Ramerethah nice17:05
RamerethAny objections if I make a PR which tests Chef 15 in openstack-chef? The intention that would be merged after rocky is cut17:06
fricklergo ahead, it does work fine with cinc, so the client side should be good to go. likely needs style changes though if we bump the chefdk17:07
RamerethI figure we can wait for the chefdk bump until after we actually cut rocky17:07
frickleryou should be able to prepare all those patches already if you like, they shouldn't be affected by the branching17:09
Ramerethok, sounds good17:19
