In the OpenDev OpenStack repo, I found `install-cri.sh` and `flannel-service.sh` under `magnum/magnum/drivers/common/templates/kubernetes/fragments`. As a newcomer to software development and OpenStack, I can't guarantee I will succeed, but I'd love to contribute if I do.
