SWDevAngelI'm guessing no meeting today?17:05
SWDevAngel(I had a hard stop at the bottom of the hour anyway, so today's not great for me regardless.)17:06
fungispotz sent a meeting reminder to the ml yesterday17:07
SWDevAngelahhhh okay. I'll hang out a bit longer.17:07

SWDevAngelHa ha. I'm here. ;)17:10
spotz#topic Meeting Time and Frequency17:10
*** openstack changes topic to "Meeting Time and Frequency (Meeting topic: diversity-wg)"17:10
spotzSo I wanted to see if this time still worked for everyone and if we wanted to keep meeting every other week or perhaps go to once a month17:11
fungii'm flexible. happy to be here any time that works for others17:11
spotz:)17:11
spotzSo lets address frequency first. Are folks happy with every other week or as we're not actively working on anything currently do we want to go to once a month?17:12
cmurphyi'm fine with once a month17:13
SWDevAngelYes, I think the agenda should dictate the frequency. So, before summits or when there's pressing topics we could meet more often. Does that make sense?17:13
cmurphy+117:14
spotzOr when we're working on something like a survey I think we had more need of meeting more frequently. I just didn't want to make a decision without the team but we seem to be all on the same page:)17:14
SWDevAngelsound good to me17:15
spotzEveryone works in different industries and positions so is the first week of a month harder then say the second? I know sprints can be bi-weekly or monthly so want to avoid anyones crunch time17:16
fungicould leave it on the current biweekly rotation and just cancel if there's no agenda a few days prior17:16
spotzAnd then of course does Monday and this time still work, if not I can put up a new poll17:16
SWDevAngelIt works for me.17:17
SWDevAngelFridays also work. Middle of the week tends to suck17:17
spotzfungi: I'm worried if we do that I'll forget which one is the meeting week and which one is the if needed week, so even that way I'd like to say the first meeting is it and the second the optional17:18
fungii think the irc meetings scheduling system still lacks support for any frequencies other than weekly and biweekly, so doing something like "first monday of every calendar month" could require a bit of creativity in the meeting description17:18
spotzLot of people take Friday's off so in that case I would lean towards keeping Mondays17:18
spotzfungi: I can put it in the description and in the channel message if needed17:19
fungiyep, that'd likely be fine17:19
fungijust trying to set expectations about the limits of our schedule publication automation17:20
spotzThe rotating UC meeting times got confusing though I did suggest going back too that today in that meeting17:20
spotzI appreciate it17:20
spotzcmurphy SWDevAngel - First Monday work for you both?17:20
cmurphysure17:20
SWDevAngelMondays are fine for me for the time being. To me it doesn't matter which monday. :) But yes, first are better than lasts (for quarter end, etc...)17:20
spotzOk I'll make that wording change then17:21
spotz#topic Summit17:21
*** openstack changes topic to "Summit (Meeting topic: diversity-wg)"17:22
spotzWe've talked about who's going before and that we'll not have any specific WG sessions but I just wanted to report back that Intel was sponsoring the Diversity Lunch and last I heard there would be Speed Mentoring but it wasn't sponsored and I'm not sure who's running it17:22
spotzI haven't checked the schedule to be honest17:23
fungithat's great news, thanks!17:23
spotzMentoring doesn't show up on the search so status unknown there17:24
spotzBut the lunch isn't showing either:)17:24
fungii think some of the scheduling (particularly for ptg sessions) is still in progress17:24
spotzAnyone else have anything for Summit?17:24
funginothing from me17:25
spotz#topic Grace Hopper17:26

spotzSo just a quick update here. We have a base image running in City Network and we can now make a new theme:) Hopefully the mentees will be better at SCSS then us! And of course we've always tried to have something to demo after the first year and this year there may not be demos but I still think we have a good plan17:27
spotzQuite a few RH stackers will be at GHC so it'll be a good time17:28
fungireally awesome, i'm thrilled we'll have you there representing our community17:28

SWDevAngelOKay, maybe you CAN type Os. ;)17:31
