I've run into a problem with designate, following the available docs: https://docs.openstack.org/designate/latest/install/install-ubuntu.html on the rndc-confgen the option -r was deprecated, when leaving off the -r option, when named attempts to start I'm getting a permission denied on the rndc.key file.
