LutzBif we really need some script to massage the .tex files I suggest to use a “generic” hook, i.e. the build script checks if there is some say,  fix-tex-files.sh script and if yes it runs that script before doing the “make” in the latex directory. If it doesn’t find that script, it can look at the top level of the documents for a script with the same name and if it exists, use that one. that way we could do generic stuff for all documents in t09:37
