tkajinamfungi, I had a chat wit masahito and he confirmed he'll continue his ptl role. is there any paper-work thing I should ask him to do ?01:18
tkajinamfungi, ok I was added to the group (I contacted a core who's already in the group) and understood what you said08:36
tkajinammasahito (and also I) was in the group when the project was initially launched by NTT but was deactivated when NTT stopped maintaining the project and it was taken over08:37

fungitkajinam: that's probably good enough, i'm not sure if https://opendev.org/openstack/governance/src/branch/master/reference/projects.yaml yet allows listing tact sig liaisons in ptl model teams, which would be the straightforward way to record such a delegation if possible14:00

tkajinamfungi, ok. I see 14:31
fungibut yes, ideally the admins within those teams on lp would be the ones to add other members and/or grant them admin permissions, if around14:54
fungithe openstack-admins team has access to do it as a fallback, or to perform other actions on behalf of the project team's leadership and tc14:55
