| jkulik | My assumption would be, that setting the device_id to the original port's device ID might confuse Nova, because it now finds ports for a Server, but that server doesn't have any NICs for these ports. Keeping it empty would be fine, but doesn't easily allow to find the owning object (the trunk object). Therefore, I would think setting the trunk UUID into the device_id would make a lot of sense. | 11:59 |
