mnaserdhellmann: it is a puppet specific issue. We do build the modules when we modify the metadata.json (think setup.cfg for puppet) but the build job changes were done after we already bumped the releases15:27

That being said it does seem like we keep running into various problems that are not related to the modules themselves or anything that we've done.
