fricklergtema: could you please have another look at the sdk release patch? imo doing a major version bump might be better? https://review.opendev.org/c/openstack/releases/+/92676506:20
gtemaI haven't created this patch, so I was expecting author to react on your comment. But I can update the change today 06:22
fricklergtema: I created the patch myself, I can update it, just wanted to have your feedback first06:25
gtemaI honestly don't care. For me personally it doesn't make much sense. We haven't dropped py3.7, we stopped testing it what means it will soon stop working, but we haven't removed any API binding so it doesn't justify major release in my eyes 06:28
gtemaBut I am fine to have it either to keep others "happy"06:28
fricklerwell setup.cfg contains "python_requires = >=3.8", so iiuc pip will refuse to install the current version on py3.7? how is that different from dropping py3.7?06:57
stephenfinfrickler: I think gtema might be thinking of Python 3.811:41
opendevreviewcid proposed openstack/openstacksdk master: Add support for the runbooks feature  https://review.opendev.org/c/openstack/openstacksdk/+/92641414:09
JayF+1 from me on 926414, it looks good from an ironic standpoint, thanks cid15:34
