timburkenice! reference design of 245.76TB in a 1U? and 983TB with the long...05:31
kota_wow05:42
timburkehmm... so, our docs build is currently broken :-(06:02
timburkenova has similar issues; see also https://review.opendev.org/#/c/727898/06:02
patchbotpatch 727898 - nova - Configure latex_engine = 'xelatex' for pdf docs build - 3 patch sets06:02
timburkebut a similar patch is insufficient for us (it seems like, anyway. i still haven't gotten a pdf to build locally, at any rate)06:03
manuvakeryhi guys anyone here have combination of swift+ceilometermiddleware+gnocchi for ingress/outgress metrics faced issues like some wrong resources getting created in  gnocchi->resource table06:21
zaitcevsorry, not me... I just fixed something in gnocchi so it accepted statsd format from Swift (there was some syntax incompatibility, like @0 that Gnocchi rejected).06:27
zaitcevAcceptable price to bypass ceilometer though06:27
manuvakerywhat exactly happening to me is there are  some resource getting created with project_id as NULL , also the original_resource_id is some random text  like below06:34

timburkemanuvakery, makes me think of p 718086 and p 718085 -- but i've not used ceilometer, myself07:16
patchbothttps://review.opendev.org/#/c/718086/ - swift - s3api: Propagate backend PATH_INFO in environ for ... (MERGED) - 3 patch sets07:16
patchbothttps://review.opendev.org/#/c/718085/ - ceilometermiddleware - Use swift.backend_path from Swift/s3api to extract... (MERGED) - 4 patch sets07:16

agomezHello, I am seeing an issue with a fairly large cluster, where we are not seeing space being reclaimed on object deletions. We ingest quite a bit, but are deleting morew than ingest yet storage usage is continuing to climb. We do not have a rebalance running at this time. Has anyone seen anything like this ?15:49
