Hi stzn have you tried replacing the SSD since you believe it may be faulty?
@stzn:matrix.org | Put out the SSD in Controller-1 and put on it to laptop in the office. Used PXE to pull the new image from Controller-0 and it booted successfully. When put out the SSD from the laptop and put it back into Controller-1, it also booted. There seems to be no problem with the SSD. | 13:46 |
Although the ethernet port(enp61s0f3) OAM and ethernet port(enp61s0f2) Data interface are plugged in, the interfaces do not appear when I execute ifconfig.

Edit: Controller-1 is actually a server. I compared the laptop and server situations.

@doug.pereira:matrix.org | Is it an IPv4 setup? | 13:54 |
@doug.pereira:matrix.org | Is the mgmt interface on a VLAN? | 13:54 |
@doug.pereira:matrix.org | Do you think this may be related to the problem you are experiencing? https://bugs.launchpad.net/starlingx/+bug/2059722 | 13:57 |
