20:26:12 <dave-mccowan> Kolla is an openstack installer that uses containers as a deployment tool.  basically it builds docker containers out of openstack services (nova, cinder, keystone, ...)

20:27:06 <dave-mccowan> they added barbican during the Newton cycle as part of Kolla's missions to containerize all-the-things.
