15:18:13 <tmorin> just to mention that networking-bagpipe has just been through a significant change: instead of using and older bagipe-bgp from the github repo,  networking-bagpipe now has bagpipe-bgp in tree (the github repo thus becoming obsolete) and the version used is a much improved version (in particular using most of the openstack key libs: oslo.log, oslo.config, oslo.rootwrap, stevedore...)
