15:06:26 <mppowers> We are working to add a healing monitor for the floating ip plugin, we are having issues where it does no deallocate the ip when a lease ends sometimes.
15:07:11 <mppowers> We had mentioned that an event retry with backoff may also help this issue, but the monitor plugin seemed to work as well.

15:09:20 <mppowers> Adam was working on this implementation, but had some problems registering the monitors and so it didn't work fully. I may have some questions about the existing monitor code when I get a chance.
