02:32:47 <ekcs> hi masahito !
02:33:01 <ekcs> back from summit?
02:33:07 <masahito> yes
02:33:43 <ekcs> topics here as usual: https://etherpad.openstack.org/p/congress-meeting-topics
02:33:53 <ekcs> not too many things from me. feel free to add!
02:34:16 <ekcs> great how was the summit for you?
02:35:15 <masahito> It was great summit.
02:37:01 <ekcs> great. I heard it’s a much smaller summit than usual, but I think it was productive.
02:37:59 <ekcs> ok looks like no ramineni today. let’s dive in then.
02:38:27 <ekcs> #topic config verification patches
02:39:05 <ekcs> Pierre has uploaded all the pieces of the config verification code. #link https://review.openstack.org/#/q/topic:bp/configuration-files-validation+(status:open+OR+status:merged)
02:39:12 <ekcs> So we can review.
02:40:01 <ekcs> I haven’t taken a close look yet. But I expect to very soon.
02:40:27 <ekcs> Anything to discuss on that topic?
02:41:09 <masahito> Nothing to discuss. I didn't review the patches.
02:41:18 <masahito> So I'll review it later.
02:42:14 <ekcs> yea same. ok then.
02:43:34 <ekcs> #topic self-healing SIG
02:44:12 <ekcs> Some update from the self-healing forum at the summit.
02:44:22 <ekcs> the self-healing forum discussion was good. a lot of interest there, looked like over 30 people in that discussion. very helpful group with many different projects as well as ops involved.
02:44:35 <ekcs> we decided to start the self-healing SIG with primary purpose to collect use cases, do gap analysis, and propose reference openstack self-healing architecture by leveraging the different projcets.
02:45:05 <ekcs> I’ll keep people updated as we get the SIG channel and ML badge setup.
02:46:04 <ekcs> I’m working on facilitating the collection of use cases. So I started this document for that purpose: #link https://docs.google.com/document/d/13N36g2RlUYs8mw7hbfRXw6y2Jc-V2XGrXgfPXPpUvuU/edit?usp=sharing
02:46:44 <ekcs> It’s a light weight way for people to add use cases they have in mind. I haven’t publicized it with the SIG yet, but I expect to soon.
02:47:09 <ekcs> Right now I just have a template and as an example I put in the doctor use case as the first one.
02:47:47 <ekcs> Feel free to take a look and comment on how you feel it works and what changes you’d make.
02:47:58 <ekcs> Or of course adding use cases you see fit.
02:48:34 <ekcs> That’s all from me around self-healing SIG. any questions/comments/discussions?
02:50:16 <masahito> Nothing special from my side.
02:50:45 <ekcs> ok!
02:50:57 <ekcs> ah also for reference here are some notes from the forum: #link https://etherpad.openstack.org/p/self-healing-rocky-forum
02:51:42 <ekcs> Ok let’s move along then.
02:52:32 <ekcs> #topic open discussion
02:53:11 <ekcs> I don’t have other specific topics we need to talk about.
02:53:37 <ekcs> If we want we can look at open patches and see if there is anything to discuss: server: https://review.openstack.org/#/q/project:openstack/congress+status:open
02:53:37 <ekcs> dashboard: https://review.openstack.org/#/q/project:openstack/congress-dashboard+status:open
02:53:38 <ekcs> client: https://review.openstack.org/#/q/project:openstack/python-congressclient+status:open
02:54:02 <ekcs> Or review the priority and see what changes we’d like to make based on summit and other developments. https://etherpad.openstack.org/p/congress-task-priority
02:54:15 <ekcs> We can also just end meeting and continue next time.
02:56:14 <masahito> I'm okay to end meeting :-)
02:56:27 <masahito> I'll review Pierre's patches later.
02:57:07 <ekcs> awesome ok let’s end it here then. I’ll hang around on #congress if anyone else comes along and has something to discuss.
02:57:17 <ekcs> happy friday and have a great weekend!
02:57:29 <masahito> you too.
02:57:41 <ekcs> bye!
