I heard it’s a much smaller summit than usual, but I think it was productive. 02:37:59 ok looks like no ramineni today. let’s dive in then. 02:38:27 #topic config verification patches 02:39:05 Pierre has uploaded all the pieces of the config verification code. #link https://review.openstack.org/#/q/topic:bp/configuration-files-validation+(status:open+OR+status:merged) 02:39:12 So we can review. 02:40:01 I haven’t taken a close look yet. But I expect to very soon. 02:40:27 Anything to discuss on that topic? 02:41:09 Nothing to discuss. I didn't review the patches. 02:41:18 So I'll review it later. 02:42:14 yea same. ok then. 02:43:34 #topic self-healing SIG 02:44:12 Some update from the self-healing forum at the summit. 02:44:22 the self-healing forum discussion was good. a lot of interest there, looked like over 30 people in that discussion. very helpful group with many different projects as well as ops involved. 02:44:35 we decided to start the self-healing SIG with primary purpose to collect use cases, do gap analysis, and propose reference openstack self-healing architecture by leveraging the different projcets. 02:45:05 I’ll keep people updated as we get the SIG channel and ML badge setup. 02:46:04 I’m working on facilitating the collection of use cases. So I started this document for that purpose: #link https://docs.google.com/document/d/13N36g2RlUYs8mw7hbfRXw6y2Jc-V2XGrXgfPXPpUvuU/edit?usp=sharing 02:46:44 It’s a light weight way for people to add use cases they have in mind. I haven’t publicized it with the SIG yet, but I expect to soon. 02:47:09 Right now I just have a template and as an example I put in the doctor use case as the first one. 02:47:47 Feel free to take a look and comment on how you feel it works and what changes you’d make. 02:47:58 Or of course adding use cases you see fit. 02:48:34 That’s all from me around self-healing SIG. any questions/comments/discussions? 02:50:16 Nothing special from my side. 02:50:45 ok! 02:50:57 ah also for reference here are some notes from the forum: #link https://etherpad.openstack.org/p/self-healing-rocky-forum 02:51:42 Ok let’s move along then. 02:52:32 #topic open discussion 02:53:11 I don’t have other specific topics we need to talk about. 02:53:37 If we want we can look at open patches and see if there is anything to discuss: server: https://review.openstack.org/#/q/project:openstack/congress+status:open 02:53:37 dashboard: https://review.openstack.org/#/q/project:openstack/congress-dashboard+status:open 02:53:38 client: https://review.openstack.org/#/q/project:openstack/python-congressclient+status:open 02:54:02 Or review the priority and see what changes we’d like to make based on summit and other developments. https://etherpad.openstack.org/p/congress-task-priority 02:54:15 We can also just end meeting and continue next time. 02:56:14 I'm okay to end meeting :-) 02:56:27 I'll review Pierre's patches later. 02:57:07 awesome ok let’s end it here then. I’ll hang around on #congress if anyone else comes along and has something to discuss. 02:57:17 happy friday and have a great weekend! 02:57:29 you too. 02:57:41 bye! 02:57:43 #endmeeting
