16:04:57 <markvoelker> 1.)  I converted 2018.02.json to schema 2.0 and it's passing the gate tests.  I could use some review eyeballs to make sure I didn't inadvertently leave anything off during the transition (e.g. missing capabilities or whatnot).
16:05:39 <markvoelker> 2.) I haven't yet converted next.json because I'm going to base it off of 2018.02.json once we get any remaining wrinkles ironed out of that.  We can do that in this patchset or antoher, doesn't really matter to me.
