   1. maurosr mjturek1 have started some initial investigations on functional testing, and are thinking the nova code base would be a better basis than glance. (jlvillal, 17:14:47)
   2. Tempest API tests should remain in tempest. Tempest API tests could be used to help in writing functional tests. But tests should not be "moved" from Tempest to functional. (jlvillal, 17:16:49)
