14:14:39 <efried> Our in-tree CI still isn't quite there.  We've developed the infrastructure to test by whitelist rather than blacklist.  But the hitch we've run into is that there are no existing tests that do a spawn without a network.
14:14:50 <efried> Background there is that we're introducing the PowerVM driver in small(ish) chunks so reviewers don't have thousands of lines per change set (and even so, the first change set is pretty large).  So it's going to be a few change sets before we introduce network support; and that means none of the tests that pass right now are actually hitting spawn.
14:15:00 <efried> So we're working on proposing at least one tempest test that does just that: spawn without network.
14:15:08 <efried> Obviously we are not making ocata-3, even with the initial change set.  We're going to keep cranking with high focus to get things moving early in pike.
