   1. IDEA: Rackspace uses a tool called UserVoice to capture customer feedback and requests (http://feedback.rackspacecloud.com/). At the Boston summit there was talk of finding a way to capture user (non-developer) feedback to help drive the roadmaps for projects. I'd like to propose we set up UserVoice for OpenStack to capture that. Let me know if this is the right meeting or if that should be a PPB topic. (zns, 21:49:49)
