15:33:13 <frickler> in cleanup.sh, we do something like "sudo pkill -f foobar"
15:33:27 <frickler> which instantly also kills the sudo command itself
15:33:53 <frickler> which in turn leads to output getting scrambled and needing a "stty sane" to restore after finishing
15:34:09 <frickler> the latter is how I actually noticed this
15:35:12 <frickler> the clumsy approach would be "pgrep foobar | xargs sudo kill" but maybe there is a better idea

15:36:00 <kopecmartin> logically i don't see a reason why kill should also kill sudo, it's interesting
15:36:12 <frickler> pkill kills any process which has "foobar" in its command line
