16:08:45 <smcginnis> For any of those, we want to "suggest" that they switch to cycle-with-rc if they are not actually going to do intermediary releases.
16:09:16 <smcginnis> I can do that, but I will leave it unassigned for now in case anyone else feels like running the command that generates that list.
