18:24:24 <aprice> on the user survey side, we are still needing a lot more deployments completed. Around 1/4 of the operators who completed one last year have completed one this year. we are meeting internally to try and think of ways to incentivize users to complete, so please lmk if you have any ideas
18:25:09 <aprice> it appears that we are doing better on the NPS side, but we are still reaching out to folks who either gave us very low scores or feedback that the UC / Foundation staff should explore further
18:25:32 <aprice> will continue to set up calls and see who can participate. we get a lot of great insight when we do short, 30-minute calls so would love to get more folks involved.
