It seems that a majority of the wasted time was a result of some overhead of running the action in each step. While I did not see it in the logs, I suspect that it was downloading a copy of the action every time. I stopped using the cargo-deny-action and instead downloaded the cargo-deny cli and had it cached so it was not re-downloading every time | 05:18 |
