@clarkb:matrix.org`zuul-providers/openmetal-iad3-main> quota available before Zuul: {'instances': 0` I'm guessing this was the openmetal issue (no space) weird that would cause issues for zuul though as it seems to know that there is no quota01:27
@clarkb:matrix.org`server list` responds with an http 500 error01:31
@clarkb:matrix.orgSergiy: Jens Harbott it looks like the airship errors in the openstack zuul tenant may be addressed now? Thank you01:44
@clarkb:matrix.orgok meeting agenda updated and sent. See you tomorrow for that. I should be able to run it if my phone tether continues to work well enough02:03
@clarkb:matrix.orgAnil Belur: The tests are looking closer to what we would expect, but there are still a few errors. I tried to point you at how to debug those and some possible solutions in addition to some other small review comments. Thanks again02:22

@mnasiadka:matrix.orgClark: node exporter is sort of stalled on https://review.opendev.org/c/opendev/system-config/+/994565 - do you think it's time to merge this? 06:13
@kumokaisanlahti:matrix.orgHey, apologies if this is not the right place, but I thought I'd ask. Does someone know what's the situation overall with Glean and who are the main maintainers/contributors in charge of it these days?09:41
For context, yesterday I tried to find who to contact about Glean. I went to OFTC IRC on #openstack-dev but couldn't really get much out of that. The reason why I went about it is because I noticed an issue while trying to deploy IPA with a bond network configuration as part of our development with Metal³ Baremetal Operator. I noted that Kreger discouraged the use of cloud-init here: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ironic-python-agent-builder/+bug/2133509 I presume this is why IPA ships with the simple-init element and explicitly disables cloud-init related functionality.
There's no bug report yet, but I just spotted today that there's some workaround/fix of sorts here for the issue that I encountered, but it hasn't moved anywhere for a year: https://review.opendev.org/c/opendev/glean/+/924068
@mnasiadka:matrix.orgkumokaisanlahti: I just approved the patch, once it merges I’ll post a new Glean release - is that going to solve your issue?10:21
@kumokaisanlahti:matrix.orgmnasiadka: I think in this case yes. I'm not yet sure if there are/will be other issues. The reason I was asking about contributors or maintainers is that as this concerns work that I'm doing, I could spare hours contributing myself if that's more straightforward of a solution in some cases, as long as there are people who can review and possibly explain earlier context for how the code evolved. One of the things the linked patch doesn't change is that the failure case is not tested for, which I noted yesterday by changing glean/glean/tests/fixtures/liberty/sys/class/net/eth0/address value to one that's a bond in the network configuration.10:26

@mnasiadka:matrix.orgkumokaisanlahti: I think that’s the correct glean maintainers communication channel, so feel free to ping us for some patch reviews or general questions10:34
@kumokaisanlahti:matrix.orgmnasiadka: Sorry, by that, do you mean this or #openstack-dev or something else? And who is "us"?10:37
@mnasiadka:matrix.orgUs, the OpenDev admins that are using this channel for communication - so not IRC, just this Matrix channel. I don’t think there are any other Glean maintainers (not that we would not welcome them, just glean seems to be mainly used in OpenDev CI)10:46
@kumokaisanlahti:matrix.orgAlright, thanks a lot!10:47
